Some of our items, such as our journals and journeying cards, are designed and handmade with attention to detail, while others, including loungewear, mugs, and accessories, are sourced from trusted third-party vendors and thoughtfully curated
to align with our brand's vision.
In addition to our products, we host workshops and community experiences that encourage creativity, mindfulness, and self-growth.
By using our website and purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
Product Information & Availability
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color or design may occur.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you.
- Some products are handmade and may have slight imperfections, which add to their uniqueness.
Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before processing.
- We accept credit cards and other secure payment options.
- Prices are listed in NIS (New Israeli Shekel) and include applicable VAT.
- Atelier Bloom reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship orders within 2-5 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on your location. Atelier Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, designs, products, and images on Atelier Bloom are protected under copyright law.

Ownership of Designs & Products:
- Original Designs: Journals, Journeying Cards, and other custom-designed items are the intellectual property of Atelier Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
- Wholesale Products: Some items sold on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers. We do not claim ownership of their designs but curate them thoughtfully for our customers. -
Restrictions on Use:
- You may not replicate, distribute, or use our branding, designs, or content for commercial purposes.
- Unauthorized use of our product photos, descriptions, or graphics may result in legal action.
- Use of Customer-Generated Content:
- By submitting reviews, photos, or videos featuring our products, you give Atelier Bloom the right to use, modify, and share your content on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
